Use of the Service

SheetMigrate provides a platform for converting spreadsheets into collaborative databases. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not upload malicious or harmful content
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SheetMigrate. By using our service, you grant us:

• The right to store and process your data to provide the service
• The right to make backups for security and disaster recovery
• The right to analyze usage patterns for service improvement (anonymized)

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Limitation of Liability

SheetMigrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
